She has empowered girls and amplified voices on mental health and gender equality through her collaboration with Girl Up, United Nations Foundation. Her poem, featured in the Salvation Army’s 2023 Christmas campaign, highlighted compassion and mental well-being. Partnering with Millie Bobby Brown, Seedel contributed to promoting positive self-image and mental health among young girls through Florence by Mills. She also worked with Michael B. Jordan on the COACH campaign to advocate for youth resilience and mental health support.

In 2024, Seedel has become the founder of Seedel Poetry Club, creating a vibrant digital community dedicated to creative expression and mental health advocacy. Through engaging performances and interactive poetry activities, Seedel fosters an environment of inclusivity and empowerment, inspiring others to share their stories and embrace their mental health journeys.

Seedel, a 21 year old Poet from New York, is transforming mental health advocacy through the power of her words. Her poetry, rich with emotional depth and social commentary, resonates profoundly with Generation Z, addressing critical issues such as mental health, identity, and social justice.

From a young age, Seedel demonstrated an innate talent for storytelling. Fueled by her passion for poetry, she embarked on a journey to use her voice to effect positive change and foster meaningful conversations.

Seedel’s work has garnered acclaim from influential figures and organizations. Michelle Obama endorsed Seedel’s poem “The High Lighter,” which illuminates themes of inner strength, guidance, and the transformative power of wisdom and grace.
